Refund policy

99-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel steadier and more confident on your feet. Try your Wellfooted Balance System for up to 99 days from the day it is delivered. If you are not happy with it, for any reason, you can return it for a full refund of the price you paid for the product, even if you have used it.

How to return

  1. Email us at depuraforyourbody@gmail.com with your order number, within 99 days of delivery.
  2. We will reply with the return address and simple instructions.
  3. Send the balance pad back to us. It does not need to be new or unused.

Return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund a parcel that does not reach us. Parcels sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

The non-slip grip socks and the digital Brew-Time Balance Routine are free gifts. You do not need to send them back.

Your 14-day right to cancel (UK)

If your order is delivered in the United Kingdom, you also have the legal right to cancel it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without giving a reason. Just email us within those 14 days. Return postage is paid by you, and we will also refund the standard delivery cost you paid. This right is in addition to the 99-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and its contents. We will send a free replacement or give you a refund, whichever you prefer, and we cover any return costs for faulty items. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds

Once we have received your return, we will let you know and refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund. If you have not seen it after 15 working days, please email us at depuraforyourbody@gmail.com.

Gift cards

Gift cards cannot be refunded.
