Delivery Policy

Here is everything you need to know about how and when your Wellfooted order is delivered.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days of payment. When your parcel is handed to the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery: 8 to 12 working days from the date of dispatch. Times can vary with your location, bank holidays or courier delays outside our control.

Your Brew-Time Balance Routine

The digital routine is sent by email straight after you complete your purchase, so you do not need to wait for the parcel to read it.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

Your dispatch email contains your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Late or missing parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 12 working days of dispatch, first check the tracking link for any updates, or whether it is waiting for collection. If there is no movement, email us at depuraforyourbody@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement free of charge.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and its contents. We will send a free replacement or give you a refund, whichever you prefer.
